Our friendly and modern clinic is in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our vibrant team. No prior experience is needed, though it is always appreciated. If you have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you!

Key Details of the Role:

  • Start Date: Wednesday 3rd of April 2024
  • Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility required to accommodate the dynamic needs of the clinic.
  • Roster example: Monday 8:30-2:30, Tuesday 8:30-2:30 Thursday 1:00pm-6:15pm, Friday 1:00pm-6:15pm with a Rotating weekend roster Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm and some public holidays
  • Customer Service: A strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service to our patients and their families.
  • Administrative Duties: Includes answering calls, managing appointments, billing, banking procedures, document handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the clinic.
  • Patient Services: Assisting with patient triage, data management, and advocacy, ensuring a high level of care and compassion at all times.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adherence to legislation, regulatory obligations, and clinic policies concerning patient safety and privacy.
  • Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and learning, including understanding medical software, terminology, and procedures.
