At Blacktown Exercise Sports & Technology Hub (BEST), we offer state-of-the-art facilities including a café, accommodation, and event venues. As our Receptionist, you’ll work alongside a small team, ensuring exceptional service for our guests.
Your role involves managing reception, assisting with housekeeping, and maintaining high standards. Reception hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent front office service, supporting housekeeping, managing stock, and handling guest requests professionally.
We’re seeking someone with receptionist experience, preferably with qualifications in business/hospitality/tourism and familiarity with Opera Cloud. Other requirements include good grooming, flexibility for a 7-day roster, attention to detail, and communication skills.
