Job Description
Leading the Payroll team of 3 and overseeing payroll processes to ensure accurate processing
Driving ongoing improvements to standardise and automate the payroll process
Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
Performing quality control reviews to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Identifying and addressing business training and communication needs in relation to payroll processes and systems.
Building business partnerships, seeking input and feedback to ensure successful and compliant processes and practices.
Uphold high customer service standards and protocols across the business
