LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a part-time (0.6-0.8) Payroll Officer in Unley, South Australia.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Supervisor - Payroll where your role will primarily involve processing company payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis.

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a fortnightly basis (270 employees)
- Reconcile and submit Single Touch Payroll (STP) to ATO after each payroll process
- Process payroll reports
- Prepare payroll information to outsourced payroll provider for New Zealand payroll (12 employees)
- Review onboarding documentation and onboard new employees in the payroll system
- Process allowances, terminations and bonuses
- Reconcile superannuation monthly ready for payment
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including Child Support Payments and Parental Leave Payments
- Liaise with management and employees regarding payroll and leave enquiries
- Maintain and review updates in the payroll system
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years experience processing end to end payroll
- ELMO and Technology One Experience is desirable
- Understanding of payroll compliance and practices
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
- Upholds LMS’ company values and culture
