The Client:
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer/Assistant Accountant to join a leading Residential Aged Care provider. This role is permanent full time, Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times. They are a highly regarded organisation, situated north of the river with a dynamic finance team who are growing.
Key responsibilities:
- Fortnightly payroll for 300 employees
- Payroll preparation working with the rostering team and Managers
- Attend to enquiries from staff regarding payroll matters
- Submit all notifications, payments and reports to ensure compliance
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in leading the payroll preparation and executing
- Knowledge of payroll / employment entitlements
- Experienced processing payroll working within the Aged Care or Disability sector
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail
- National Police Clearance within the last 6 months
- Covid and Flu vaccination
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
