About Our Culture
We are a medium-sized business, so your hard work is not lost on your peers nor your Senior Leadership Team. You are recognised and valued for your achievements, making you feel part of a team. We have a great fun working environment where lunchtimes quizzes are called out across the office, and you’ll always get a ribbing if your footy team loses over the weekend.
We are on the city fringe (read: “good coffee options”) and have a low turnover of staff, which is credit to our approachable management team and Board of Directors.
And finally, we encourage professional development and often find our like-minded staff attend similar sessions throughout the year.
This is a full-time role in Carlton North, Melbourne. As we work with young people all applicants are subject to a Working with Children Check.
