About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Payroll Administrator / Officer to join our award-winning team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Payroll Administrator / Officer you will:
- Ensure tasks are undertaken with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail resulting in quality outcomes
- Participation and responsibility for the timely processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll runs
- Application of knowledge on taxation and superannuation
- Timely processing of new starters, transfers and terminations
- Accurate and timely processing of maintenance for employees payroll data
- Lead by example on behaviors appropriate for the workplace, whilst maintaining a positive attitude, in dealing with all team members and colleagues

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Entry level payroll experience
- Completion of year 12
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
