About The Opportunity:
The People and Culture Advisor will take on the role of a true Generalist, providing sound advice across all areas of human resources to our workforce. No two days will be the same and guidance and support will fall across all areas including, but not limited to: policies and procedures, award interpretation, employee relations, Workcover and systems' enquiries. The successful candidate will also hold accountability for the maintenance of key P&C documents for the company and contribute to reporting and other projects and initiatives related to the employee experience.
Hybrid/flexible working arrangements will be considered and the successful candidate may call any of our Melbourne offices (Carnegie, Frankston or Tullamarine) 'home'.
About You:
You are a supportive, organised individual with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to different audiences. You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities. You’re empathetic in your approach and have the ability to quickly establish rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders. Your technology skills are strong and you carry a continuous improvement mindset alongside your can-do attitude.
Practically speaking, you have prior experience in a similar role and ideally, exposure to employee relations and legislation in an Awards' based environment. You are process-orientated and have strong attention to detail. Above all, you enjoy being challenged and enjoy being part of a collaborative working culture.
