About the role
Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Manager, day to day you can expect to be:
- Provide first-level advice to employee enquiries regarding leave, policies, and procedures and escalate issues when necessary
- Support end-to-end administration and maintenance of the HRIS systems (Employment Hero).
- Work, with the broader PAC team to support the cyclical HR review processes, including probation, annual remuneration reviews and, where applicable, Performance Improvement Plans.
- Support hiring managers and PAC team with recruitment-related activities as well as assist with recruitment administrative tasks, including supporting the Senior TA Specialist as needed.
- Assisting PAC team in preparation of onboarding and check-in sessions.
- Assist payroll in administration and internal employee movements.
You’re all about
The Ideal Candidate will have experience in an HR Administration/ Coordination role, ideally within a larger organisation or within a shared services function:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: notably, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills with proven experience in analysing data.
- Strong customer/ client service experience and a self-starter attitude.
- High attention to detail, solid time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build, develop, and positively influence internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think laterally and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
