Their leading team of Lawyers work on demanding and complex matters helping to find solutions for multinational clients confronting significant legal challenges. They advise on a range of matters including Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, plus plenty more.

THE ROLE
This is a full time, permanent position providing secretarial support up to four Lawyers including a Partner within Global Disputes. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Typing, editing and proof reading of legal documents;
- Liaison with clients, lawyers and colleagues;
- Diary management;
- Travel arrangements – Domestic and International;
- Attend to telephone and email enquiries;
- Filing, including maintaining electronic files; and
- Billing and general administrative duties.
The successful candidate for this opportunity must have at least 2 year’s experience providing secretarial/assistant support within a law firm or within professional services. You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills;
- High Attention to detail; and
- A strong communicator and possess the ability to build rapport and relationships with people at all levels.
This role would not be suitable for a student studying law as there are no pathways to paralegal duties or graduate roles. Students and Visa holders will not be considered.
