Due to continuous growth KAEFER are currently seeking a bubbly, enthusiastic and professional Personal Assistant for our office based in the Perth CBD to support the Managing Director . The role will require you to work full time hours Monday to Friday. This role may require some work out of standard office hours and occasional travel.


You will be involved in the following:

• Meeting and greeting clients and customers and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing the office and day to day activities of the Managing Director including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and travel and logistics planning.
• Booking domestic travel and preparing comprehensive travel itineraries for board members
• Collating and processing expense claims
• Participating in the planning and execution of company and client functions
• Assisting in the development of company and client presentations
• Maintaining office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised, correspondence is controlled, and clerical functions are assigned and monitored.
• Planning, implementing, and coordinating a range of administrative functions along with any other ad hoc general administrative duties as required.

About You

• Demonstrated Personal Assistant experience supporting Senior Executives
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with people in an informative and positive manner
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Enjoys a challenge and a variety of responsibilities associated with assisting other departments as required.
