Your new role

As the Planning Support Officer, you will be supporting the planning & scheduling of service and maintenance activities within the Service Centre and at Forward Repair Service sites as required.

Key Responsibilities;

• Providing administrative and scheduling support, as required by the planning lead or maintenance planners within the team
• Using the maintenance management module in MILIS to assist in the planning and scheduling of activities within the service centre.
• Proactively developing customer relationships (both internal and external)
• Anticipating customer needs
• Providing timely solutions and contributing positively to customer satisfaction and organisational image

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualification for Certificate IV in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain is desirable
• Knowledge of the supply chain process in Defence ERP system - MILIS
• A high level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills Very good knowledge and experience of standard computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Knowledge of OH&S requirements within the workplace
