Plumbing Manager

The position of Plumbing Manager presents an exciting opportunity, as it involves overseeing a team of plumbers and ensuring the smooth operation of all projects and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Oversee and lead plumbing projects from start to finish, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, supervise, and provide support and guidance to plumbing staff to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations related to plumbing and construction.
• Prepare reports for management detailing project progress, outcomes, and required corrective actions.
• Provide professional and courteous communication and customer service to all clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Plumbing Manager or supervisor, with expertise in both commercial and residential plumbing practices.
• Valid plumbing license or certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and engage a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with plumbing software and project management tools is an asset.
