Form of workMonaro Medical Practice is built on a founding purpose to provide a high standard of medical care to our valued patients from our local rural community and visiting from out of town.
We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Registered and Enrolled Nurse for our new Practice in Cooma, who is available for either casual, part time or full time.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support and assistance to GPs and other nursing staff in relation to general nursing duties
- Wound management, Immunisations and assisting in procedures
- Developing Health Assessment and CDM Plans
- ECG
- Spirometry
- Responsible for the Cold Chain Management
- Maintain stocks of clinical supplies
- Responsible for Infection Control processes
- Responsible for Sterilisation for the practice
Essential Requirements:
- Must have current unconditional registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrate outstanding work ethic, organisational and time management skills
Remuneration will be based on level of skill set and experience in accordance with the Nurses Award MA000034.
