About the Role
The Procurement Officer supports the Department's Chief Procurement Officer by coordinating, supporting, and providing advice on the procurement and contract development and management of goods and services in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, regulation and best practice. This involves assisting in the development and drafting of business cases, procurement plans, and contract management plans; development and drafting of Request For Quotes and Request for Tender documents; facilitating evaluation process and drafting of Evaluation Reports. Other tasks include working closely with stakeholders and providing advice in relation to contractual arrangements.
