Form of workMain Purpose of the Position:
The Product Manager leads and coordinates the development of new products based on market analysis and strategy. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO, General Manager, Head of Development, and other teams within Zedmed.
The Product Manager also manages and communicates customer and market feedback to Zedmed managers, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and vision.
This role facilitates decision-making processes by evaluating market trends, competition, and end-user needs to prioritize development features and coordinate the product development pathway.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO, Communications, and Marketing team to manage website, online, print, and media presence.
- Work with clients and internal teams to identify and pursue new product lines and business opportunities for Zedmed, fostering innovation and creativity.
- Drive the development cycle for product releases, ensuring targets are met, and product quality is maintained and enhanced.
- Develop and maintain the product catalogue and sales packages.
- Focus on growing and strengthening the customer base through strategic initiatives.
- Prepare proposals for business development activities and engage with major clients.
- Coordinate between corporate, development, support, sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead presentations at conferences and conventions, emphasizing Zedmed's openness to client feedback and continuous improvement.
- Analyze potential third-party partner relationships and coordinate communication with vendors and developers.
- Assist in managing the product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to assess market requirements for current and future products.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, collaborating with all departments to execute effectively.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive product innovation and growth.
