Product Support Assistant

Ventair is a leading supplier of air movement products to the Electrical Wholesaler, Lighting Retailer and Hardware Market.

We are offering a full time role to be part of our Product Support team. This is a varied position and would best suit someone who has strong customer service and administration experience
 

We require you to:

• Provide PRODUCT SUPPORT to end users, electrical contractors, distributors and service agents.
• Work within a team for PRODUCT SUPPORT and assist in maintaining a warranty data base via phone and computer system
• Have an adequate level of computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively.
• Use initiative to problem solve working within a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who is seeking a long term position.

You will need to be reliable, well spoken and have enthusiasm.

All training will be provided

This position is full time 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
