A household name in food manufacturing and baking based near Campbelltown is looking for a Night ShiftProduction Manager to lead the 22:00- 06:00 Shift Sunday night to Friday morning. The business has grown 5 fold in 4 years and offers excellent prospects for development.
Description
The Night ShiftProduction Manager will be responsible for 30 + staff on shift working Sunday night through Friday morning. The business runs 8 lines on the Night Shift covering both manual and automatic operations and recently installed another $10m worth of CAPEX. The role will be highly autonomous and you will be the most senior staff member on site. Your focus will be on coaching, developing and guiding the operators and ensuring best class in terms of process and people. Your focus will be on DIFOT and Safety. This role is business critical as the company continues to increase its volumes delivered into the major retailers.
Profile
You are a Production Manager/ Supervisor/ Shift Manager with your experience gained within a complex Food/ FMCG manufacturing facility. Ideally you will have food, beverage or pharmaceuticals experience along with an understanding of Continuous Improvement and a passion for developing teams.
Job Offer
Circa $120,000- $125,000 + super + bonus
