The CFA are seeking Senior Business and ICT Program Managers with demonstrated experience who will deliver mandated requirements. Multiple opportunities have been identified and will support our desire and commitment to implementing change also progressive processes and technologies.

- Program Manager, Financial Reform (PTA7) (to 30 June 2023)
- Program Manager, ICT SAP (PTA7) (12 months fixed term, full time)
- Program Manager, Assurance (PTA6) (12 months fixed term, full time)
- Program Manager, Benefits and Delivery Assurance (PTA 7) (12 moths fixed term, full time)
About you:
- Comprehensive experience in managing complex projects implementing, maintaining and managing project management frameworks
- Genuine stakeholder management skills, utilising communication skills, interpersonal skills and an ability to analyse problems and quickly identify solutions collaboratively
- Refined organisational, scheduling and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with capability to navigate competing priorities and take advantage of opportunities that may arise.
- Plan and manage financial budgets, providing professional, accurate and consistent reporting to Executive
- Ensure realistic plans are maintained and provide strategy and support to mitigate risk.
- An ability to tailor and deliver projects leveraging your experience to apply suitable frameworks aligned to state government policies and governance
- Resourceful and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and operating in grey areas
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar significant industry experience in successfully managing end to end Business and ICT projects
