The Women’s clinics provides access to specialist outpatient care to consumers in the Geelong and surrounding Barwon South West region. The role is based at University Hospital Geelong.
About the role
The Program Manager has operational responsibilities across a number of pivotal acute maternity and perinatal services. This leadership position requires an experienced person with operational management, decision-making and change management skills. The role’s key components include leadership and management, operational management, governance, accountability, human resource management and safety and quality to ensure high quality consumer care.
Your role will include but not limited to;
- Providing leadership and professional specific support across Maternity and Perinatal Services, Barwon Health and partnering agencies.
- Documented reports of access activity, monthly and as required
- Proactively monitor service achievements and implement improvement strategies where requires.
