ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Program Officer, in a 6 month contract you will assist Project Managers with project documentation, track budgeting and monitor project resources, finances, prepare reports and analysis of project performance, assist with planning meetings to discuss project progress, raise purchase orders and receipt project claims and invoices.
DUTIES.
- Track project schedule, performance and progress
- Analyse project budgets to assist with program delivery in FY24
- Prepare project reports to support Project Managers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project updates
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Degree in Project Management or relevant qualifications
- Prior exposure working in the construction industry or local government is preferred
- Driven and personable individual who can multi-task effectively for short deadlines
- Time management and great communication skills with high level of attention to detail
