Due to rapid and continued growth, we are seeking a Project Administrator to support the Catering, Camp Operations & Projects team at our vibrant and collaborative head office in Bundall.
This will initially be a part-time position with the potential to go full-time for the right applicant.

About you
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in remote sectors
- Prior exposure to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) concepts is highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced capability amongst various electronic platforms and programs including the Microsoft Suite
- An enthusiastic and pro-active team player who will contribute to a hard working and positive workplace culture
Key responsibilities
- Administrative support with new project tenders, including research, quotes, risk assessments ect
- Administrative Support with training, development, inductions, site inductions for staff, suppliers & contractors
- Administrative support with mobilisations, camp moves and demobilisations, including preparation of mobilisation packs for new camps
- Preparing and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes/ action items
- Confidently liaising with various suppliers and stakeholders showing the highest level of professionalism
- Maintaining and overseeing licenses, permits, filing and completing applications ect
- Administrative support to the HSE Manager and other day to day administrative tasks
