The business has recently acquired a portfolio of utility scale solar projects and is looking to build an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management) capability in the Wangaratta area.
The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Project Administrator to join their team working on an exciting solar farm project. Our client will be the owner and EPCM for this project. As a vital member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this ground breaking endeavour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance records.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Support the construction manager in day-to-day operations, including budget tracking, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project administration, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
