About the role
Tailored Marine Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team, to support small and medium-sized projects along the East Coast. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of various projects, with a particular focus on, quality, operations, finance, and customer satisfaction. A competitive wage will be offered to the right candidate. The ideal candidate is available for an immediate start.
Key requirements include:
- Work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Administrative support of multiple small/medium multidisciplinary in-depth projects.
- Monitoring and supporting all administrative project execution requirements and timelines.
- Liaise with internal departments and suppliers, including labor.
- Ability to problem-solve and liaise with management as required.
- Help to effectively meet and manage client expectations, and to continue to strengthen relationships.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ of administration and project support experience
- Work with dedication forging strong relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders including clients, consultants, and operational staff
- High-level business and commercial acumen
- Possessing knowledge of the commercial dive/marine industry is desirable, but not a must.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc) and Quickbooks.
