About this role:
This role is responsible for project administration, including:
- Scheduling staff to complete project tasks.
- Follow up internal and external stakeholder to ensure tasks have been completed.
- Liaise with clients to book in project tasks and answer any client queries.
- Keep the company’s CRM up to date with information related to clients and projects.
- Follow up payments to ensure projects can commence.
- Place hardware and software orders needed to complete projects based on the information you’re provided.
- Obtain customer feedback in relation to the projects your colleagues completed.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory records, i.e. know when hardware has been delivered so a project can commence.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent administration skills.
- Ability to successfully coordinate the delivery of tasks by multiple people.
- Very good customer service skills.
- Ability to follow a defined process and use the tools that support the process.
- Predisposition to exercise initiative.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management and prioritisation skills.
