About this role:

This role is responsible for project administration, including:

  • Scheduling staff to complete project tasks.
  • Follow up internal and external stakeholder to ensure tasks have been completed. 
  • Liaise with clients to book in project tasks and answer any client queries.
  • Keep the company’s CRM up to date with information related to clients and projects.
  • Follow up payments to ensure projects can commence.
  • Place hardware and software orders needed to complete projects based on the information you’re provided.
  • Obtain customer feedback in relation to the projects your colleagues completed.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory records, i.e. know when hardware has been delivered so a project can commence.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Ability to successfully coordinate the delivery of tasks by multiple people. 
  • Very good customer service skills. 
  • Ability to follow a defined process and use the tools that support the process. 
  • Predisposition to exercise initiative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
