We’re after experienced Administrators proficient using various systems, to assist with the administration and document control on our road reconstruction / Civil Projects.
Ideal candidates will have previous admin experience and will have the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and effectively with people of all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and clerical procedures, meet strict deadlines and to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated efficiency in word processing and a proven ability to handle administrative arrangements
- High level interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated records management capability
