Project Administrator – Regional Seq – Civil Projects Dido / Fifo

Bellwether provide Project Management and Engineering Support services to private and government clients across Australia. Our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds and bring with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia’s biggest and iconic projects. 

We’re after experienced Administrators proficient using various systems, to assist with the administration and document control on our road reconstruction / Civil Projects.

Ideal candidates will have previous admin experience and will have the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and effectively with people of all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and clerical procedures, meet strict deadlines and to work independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrated efficiency in word processing and a proven ability to handle administrative arrangements 
• High level interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated records management capability
