Your new company
Our client is a reputable consultancy on the northern end of the Gold Coast working on a volume of projects. Due to their continued success, they are seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role has view to go permanent for the right candidate.
Your new role
As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing daily support for a range of project-related tasks. Your role will involve:
- Booking meetings and taking minutes for project / client meetings
- Setting up new jobs and variation requests
- Setting up new project paperwork
- First point of contact for field staff and scheduling
- Assisting with training related tasks and record management
- Review site forms and field data for quality and accuracy
- Document control
- General administration support to the project managers
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator within either an engineering or construction organisation (minimum 2 years)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience in rostering / scheduling staff is highly desirable.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate to Advance MS Office skills
- Have a positive attitude with a proactive and can-do attitude
