JP Flynn Builders is an Australian owned company that has a primary focus on the provision of high volume and high quality domestic insurance repairs for over 35 years. With the support of Australia's largest personal insurers, we are seeking to grow even further in 2024.

Due to further client expansion we have an exciting opportunity for aProject Administratorto join our South Australian team based in our Richmond office. There is a great variety of tasks associated with the role and we are looking for someone who is interested in growing with our company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinating and scheduling a variety of trades, suppliers and contractors ensuring clear communication around expected time frames.
• Managing a high volume of purchase orders, supplier invoices and project invoice compiling
• Working closely with our onsite Project Managers to facilitate emergency make safe and restoration and repair works for insurance customers.
• Providing administrative support to the broader Supervisor group.
• Review and submission of high quality building assessment reports and quotes
• Establishing and building excellent relationships between JP Flynn and its clients and customers
• Developing and achieving targets and KPIs efficiently and effectively
• Working with the team to plan, deliver and assess work to achieve high quality and effective outcomes

As the ideal applicant, you must have:

• Previous experience working within the construction (commercial or residential), property management or insurance sectors
• An exposure to handling multiple projects and an ability to co-ordinate whilst under pressure
• Strong communication capability and articulation
• Excellent time management
• Appropriate IT skills  - highly computer literate
• Experience with a project financial system such as Pronto (preferred)

In this position you must be an effective communicator, who can represent a leading brand in the building industry and possess a passion for customer service in the construction industry. This is a full time in office role.
