The Opportunity
In line with our growth and to support recently awarded projects and panel agreements, we are currently recruiting for 2 Project Administrators, to support the Project Team (including the Program Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineers) across multiple renewable energy projects.
Reporting to the Program Manager SA, the Project Administrator is responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Assistance in the preparation of document/manuals
- General document control
- Project construction Request For Information and transmittal management
- Assistance in the setup of new Suppliers and Customers
- Purchase order preparation and tracking
- Updating databases and registers
- General administrative and management support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience working in a similar role (engineering or construction industry experience is beneficial however not essential)
- Advanced user in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A logical, organised and practical approach to work
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with a variety of clients, office & site-based staff, suppliers and subcontractors
