Project Administrator - Perth CBD based - Tier 1 Global Engineering Consultancy - Long Term Mining Project
Our client is a global engineering and consulting firm with a busy project portfolio in Western Australia, and they are seeking an experienced Project Admin to join their team. Whilst this position will ideally start on a 12-month contract, the company is very open to extending this role (permanent or a long term, on-going contract if that arrangement suits you better).
Duties of the role:
Assisting with project for all administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Communication Support
- Logistics Coordination
- Document Control
- Meeting and Event Management
- Administrative Support
The ideal candidate will posses:
- 3+ years proven experience in project administration or similar roles, within the mining industry.
- Proficiency in document management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the mining sector.
