Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in managing fitout construction projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve any project issues or delays.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Contracts Administrator on construction fitout projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
