Who we are:
Domayne Hire has been well established for over 7 years, and is now one of the largest property styling companies in South East Queensland. As we expand our business into new territory, we have created a new unique role to champion this new division. We have 32 current employees, and currently style over 1000+ homes every year. This role will be based out of Northgate, QLD.

What this new role looks like:
Our core mission for this role is to help investors, homeowners and real estate agents get homes “Sale Ready”. This includes a vast range of services from garden maintenance, property styling, curtain installations, cleaning, all the way through to larger renovations such as new kitchens and bathrooms.

Role Requirements:
As this is a newly created role in the business, the most important attribute we are looking for is for someone who is going to be the champion for this role, own it, and really make it their own and help expand and elevate this newly created division of the business.

The individual will have a qualification in Project Management and will ideally have a background in renovations or has past experience in the building industry.

We would favour anyone who has experience or at least a passion for interior decorating/design/styling or has a keen eye for property & renovations or understands the workings behind it so they felt comfortable to recommend what needs to be done to elevate a homes look at feel when presenting it to market. We will enstil our spruce, style, sell strategies to assist with the process. 

The idea of having a unique individual who holds both project management and decorating expertise, is to be able to help identify what needs to be done to enhance the appeal of the property, whilst also having the skillset to then execute the job, align and manage the trades through the entire process from start to finish, whilst maintaining quality control, budgets, and client expectations.

Individual Attributes & Qualities:

  • Proactive and professional with excellent communication skills to engage with both clients, and company management.
  • Integrity and dedication in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong leadership and influential capabilities to lead teams effectively to get the jobs done on time, and within budget.
  • Past experience using our chosen CRM system “BuilderTrend” OR have solid experience/understanding using another form of technology/project management system.

What will you be doing?

  • Support sales team to follow up their active leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google SEO.
  • Qualifying calls with potential clients to book in quotes and confirm if the clients expectations and budget is something that aligns with our service.  The sales team will generate the warm leads for you then to execute. Relevant training provided to get you started. 
  • Carry out in home quotes and measures at the properties, and provide a list of jobs the clients would considering completing with us to help us increase the properties appeal.
  • Taking before & after photos of the property to help the business develop and grow our “before & after” marketing strategy.
  • Using BuilderTrend templates to create unique client proposals.
  • Sign off with client and manage funds.
  • Send off client contracts in alignment with QBCC
  • Oversee and co-ordinate the trades to complete projects from start to finish, managed and co-ordinated through BuilderTrend.  
  • Build relationships with our established trades and continue to help us build out our trade and services network.
  • Qualify new trades, and ensure they hold compliant relevant licences and insurances
  • You have access to our nominee builder/construction company, so you have adequate support to help you abide by the relevant licencing QBCC requirements, and to also provide sign off and guidance where needed.
  • Keeping a close eye on cost levels and budget constraints.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and suppliers, including labour, trade and service suppliers.
  • Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, turning concepts into reality
  • Effectively meeting and managing client expectations, fostering lasting relationships
  • Work closely with the current property consultant to achieve our business objective to considerably grow our business in the next 12 months.
