Property and Facilities Coordinator

Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Property and Facilities Coordinator to join its passionate team.About the roleThe Property and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all T2 controlled facilities are maintained to all agreed T2 health, safety, and operational levels. This role will ensure T2 facilities can optimize the shopping and working environment for customers, visitors and T2 teams alike as well as ensuring that all governance surrounding property related lease requirements (globally) have been accurately recorded, monitored and fulfilled in accordance with terms of the lease.Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Leasing Manager by completing all of the lease administration requirements involved in opening new stores, temporary pop-ups, temporary kiosks, renewals of existing leases, store relocations, closures and any other new store formats that may evolve
• Maintaining all T2 controlled facilities to all agreed T2 health, safety and operational standards
• Ensuring that all T2 locations comply with legal requirements
• Ensuring that all contractors and suppliers are performing to the required standard
