We are seeking a Property Manager to service a clean, neat, tidy, and local portfolio all based in close proximity to the office.
This role will be tailored to your skill set but some duties would include:
- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds
- NO accounts
- Previous Real Estate Experience is preferred
- A current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license & car
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
