Property Manager - Wfh 3 Days!!

Flexible work-from-home arrangements, this is an opportunity to provide a high level of service that is above & beyond! Working alongside a fantastic team of Property Managers, we are looking for a talented individual who follows a streamlined Property management process. Working MONDAY TO FRIDAY, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of 140 properties
• Respond to potential tenant inquiries via emails & phone calls
• Conduct private inspections
• Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups
• Manage repairs
• Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
• Ingoings, outgoings & routines
• Repairs & maintenance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate Experience in Property Management
• Must have a current Agents Representative Certificate/CertIV in real estate & property & driver’s license
• Immaculately presented and well-groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Motivated & able to work in a team
