We have a 280 acres site in Helidon Spa and will provide camping experiences for 21 500 participants in 2024. We are currently working toward expanding to further sites. This role would be instrumental in establishing further campsites and programs to increase the opportunity we provide to thousands more people.
Job Description
As the P&P Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all property, facilities and maintenance of current facilities and plan, prepare and execute future development projects across multiple sites.
Property Management:
- Oversee all Property & facilities maintenance to ensure delivery of quality programs
- Leading and managing the facilities staff, including recruitment and training and day to day tasks in conjunction with the Facilities Manager
- Ensure workplace health and safety across all operations
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of project development, including design, environmental impact, planning, compliance, political and community interests, and landscape challenges
- Follow through on projects from development to implementation
- Connect and communicate with all relevant stakeholders regarding each project
Professional Expectations & Competencies
- Working with Children (Blue Card) Check
- possess a trade qualification (building industry)
- be willing and able to “get on the tools” (an estimation is 40% of the workload)
- have experience overseeing projects
- have well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills

Remuneration
Salary package up to $100,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience.
