Full Time Real Estate Receptionist/ Administrator
The suitable candidate will need to provide an extensive administration and sales support to a small but high performing, award-winning office. The role encompasses management of all the sales administration including database management, liaising with solicitors and clients, document management, assistance with prospecting and general administration.
The successful applicant will need to be an articulate and well-presented person with a friendly personality. They will need high attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure both autonomously and as a team player.
A high level of maturity and a proactive attitude is required with excellent time management skills, the ability to adhere to deadlines and taking initiative to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Executive Administration functions to support the sales appraisals, listings, marketing and sales activities.
- Front of house duties including but not limited to answering calls, replying to all correspondence.
- Track all the sales from commencement through to settlement.
- Intensive database management including entry of contacts, calendar and task management.
- Coordinating marketing materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy.
- Preparation and provision of brochures, flyers, window cards for the agents and office.
- Providing professional communication to clients and a positive end to end experience.
- Assisting agents with preparation of marketing material.
- Professional phone manners, great work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to research on your own.
- Self-managing day to day tasks.
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am - 5pm.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Real Estate Sales Administration role is an advantage but not necessary.
- A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently.
- Exemplary organization and time management skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and social media knowledge.
- Current QLD Driver’s License is required.
