We are looking for someone just like you to join our Reception & Administration Team!
The role we have on offer is part time, 3 days per week.
Thursday & Friday 8:30am – 5pm; Saturday 8:30am – 4pm
What you will need to be considered for the opportunity:
- Exceptional personal presentation and phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to think laterally and work autonomously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Skills in Microsoft Office
The duties for this role include:
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Providing varied property management support
- Providing varied sales administration support
- Processing and distributing mail
- Ordering stationery and managing office supplies
- General office administration including banking
