We are in search of a dedicated full-time Reception and Finance Assistant to join our team. This role, primarily entails supporting the administration team in overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions of our Nagambie-based entities.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling incoming calls and delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing general inquiry emails promptly and professionally
- Facilitating stock orders for the administration team. Oversight of accounts payable and receivable functions
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Providing assistance during month-end procedures, including journal processing, accruals, and reconciliations
Essential qualifications and attributes:
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and adhering to timelines
- Prior experience utilizing accounting software or platforms
- Capability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
