About the role:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist to join our office based in Broadbeach, QLD. The successful candidate will provide reception in various areas of our legal practice.
General duties:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival to the office
- Answering incoming calls, providing general updates, and directing calls to appropriate staff members
- Liaising with both clients and professionals
- Opening and organising files.
- Filing, copying, scanning, and archiving material
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- File, email, and diary management (paper and electronic)
- Organising office events (i.e., birthday celebrations, and Christmas parties)
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bright, friendly personality who enjoys being the first line of contact
- A polite and well communicated phone manner
- The ability to work productively within a team
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with LEAP Software is preferred but not essential
