Response Penrith is looking for a vibrant & energetic Receptionist to join our team!
Your Position
The position is full-time, 9.00am - 5.30pm 10 days per fortnight including every 2nd Saturday.
As this is a fast-paced & customer-focused position, candidates must be able to handle a multitude of tasks whilst maintaining a pleasant, friendly manner with all clients.
Receptionist responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients, visitors & tradespeople who enter the office
- Answering & directing calls using a switchboard
- Assisting callers & walk-ins with general enquiries
- Managing ingoing/outgoing mail
- Data entry/Administrative tasks
- Rent collection
- Providing support to the Property Management & Sales teams
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a high standard of personal presentation
- Possess a high level of written & verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office
- Be able to work independently & cohesively in a team
- Be organised and self-motivated
- Be reliable, adaptable & versatile
