We have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our small team in Hobart on Macquarie Street. We are looking for someone who is efficient, organised, and bubbly to cover the reception and support the team in creating an exceptional experience for our members.
We consider all levels of experience and this position may be ideal for someone who is looking to expand of their retail or hospitality skills and start their career in an office role, or someone who is looking to change career and work in a full time, stable role with a fast growing company and great team.

Duties/responsibilities:
- Cover the reception and provide a warm welcome to everyone using our space
- Answer and direct incoming calls/enquiries
- Interact with members and assist with requests
- Schedule meeting room bookings
- Onboard new members
- Coordinate workspace tours, appointments, and visitor day passes
- Assist with grocery and other workspace orders
- Restock kitchen and workspace items
- Assist with planning and coordinator of regular community events held in our spaces such as networking breakfasts and Friday drinks
- Order event and meeting room catering
- Create newsletters and space signage using Canva
- Organise and distribute mail and parcels
- Show people through the space
- Occasional errand running
- Administrative tasks such as updating sales leads and creating member communications
- Use of Office 365/G Suite
- Basic cleaning duties (such as wiping down surfaces and unpacking the dishwasher)
- Social media tasks
What we would like from you:
- We consider all levels of experience but previous experience in reception or working with customers in retail/hospitality is a plus
- Organised and have attention to detail
- Hands on approach to tasks

- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Adaptability
