Core Dental South Melbourne is a close knit team that is poised for growth, which should ensure excellent opportunities for promotion and career progression. We are looking for an experienced and friendly Senior Dental Receptionist to support the growth and development of the practice. This role will largely be based at our South Melbourne clinic but will support the reception team at our Southbank clinic as well.

Your role will be comprised of general front desk responsibilities, including:

• Management of appointment books
• Processing HICAPS claims and account management
• Liaising with patients and practitioners
• Data entry and mailing tasks
• Treatment planning and co-ordination

The chosen candidate will bring the following experience and skills to the practice:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist.
• A high level of initiative and motivation
• A drive to learn and flourish
• They will be well presented, with a warm, mature nature
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required

Prior dental reception experience is essential. Knowledge with D4W preferred.
