Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our repair team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, and direct them to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments for vehicle assessments and repairs
• Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters as needed
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs and address any concerns or inquiries they may have
• Maintain organized records of customer information, repair orders, and invoices
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing

   Requirements:

   This is a full time Role 8am-5pm Monday -Friday

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour
• Proficiency in computer software and experience with automotive repair management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
