Our Reception Desk plays a big part in the overall experience our clients have with us. They are the first point of contact for any visitors to the office or anyone contacting an organisation, so being well-presented and polite are pivotal traits.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic motivated individual, to join our busy front desk working with a dynamic Team within the Building Industry.
The Job Details:
- Working between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, your primary focus will be answering/ transferring phone calls through our busy switch.
- Greeting our visitors and offering/ preparing refreshments.
- Data entry for new deals along with ordering surveys/ engineers etc.
- Meeting Room calendar management
- Ensuring that our Reception and meeting rooms are kept in showroom condition at all times.
- Making sure the Kitchens are kept clean, tidy and well stocked.
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Maintaining office services as required
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries and or mail
Who we are looking for:
- At least 2 + years’ experience in a busy (+150 calls per day) corporate style Reception.
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional multitasker
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Bright and bubbly you will have a fantastic personality that leaves a positive impression with all of our visitors.
- We need to be able to trust in your reliability - a strong work ethic is paramount - punctuality is KEY!
- It is very important that you are polished in your presentation and have an outstanding phone and face to face manner.
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional levels of client service/satisfaction.
- Ability to work FULL TIME: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Data Entry experience - ideally with CRM software.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a CAN DO attitude.
- You must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Polite telephone manner and is well-presented at all times.
