The Role:ALS Environmental is seeking a full-time Receptionist to manage front desk operations within a small, supportive team at our well-established facility in Springvale.
You will be a highly motivated person with good ability to deliver excellent customer service. In this multi-faceted role, you will assist with administrative duties, events organisation and support the Client Services team. You will also have the opportunity to learn aspects of laboratory sampling requirements so that you can support our clients in their projects.
The Day to Day: Attend telephone and face-to-face enquiries Ensure efficient administration of all aspects of the office Ensure prioritisation of data entry and reporting Develop a good understanding of ALS procedures and work instructions Liaise with internal and external clients Data entry into CRM and Lab Information Management Systems Client invoicing Ordering of consumables and stationary Liasing with couriers and arranging collections Compiling bottle orders and reanalysis requests Comply with all WHS requirements and identify any unsafe work practices The Essentials: Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment Superior organisational abilities
