Seeking a Skilled Receptionist with a Flair for Customer Service and Administration
An esteemed home building company is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support at their Liverpool location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a positive first impression on clients, tradespeople, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting visitors, directing them appropriately, and providing refreshments.
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism, screening, and directing them as needed.
- Supporting the sales and pre-construction teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and brochure creation.
- Maintaining stock levels and managing brochure updates from the head office and suppliers.
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of various applications and compliance certificates.
- Keeping the office environment clean and well-maintained, including the showroom and communal areas.
- Engaging with social media platforms and managing postings.
- Entering and verifying invoices in Xero, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with preferred experience in Xero.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a team environment, promoting positive working relationships.
- A high level of organization to manage various responsibilities, maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.
