Main responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Handling administrative tasks to support managers, the sales team and further admin teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff.
- Maintain and update admin database.
- Facilitating meetings, including arranging for any catering needs.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Performing various administrative tasks, including organising, scanning, and binding documents.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a similar office-based role
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient computer skills and typing ability
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and proactive attitude towards tasks
