Is This You:

We are looking for a dedicated, loyal, and hard-working Receptionist / Admin Assistant to deliver a professional service offering to our clients, thereby contributing to the ongoing client relationship and maximising client retention and referral. The role on offer is Full-Time (Monday- Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm) starting as soon as possible.

The Role:

This role sees you as the first touchpoint for all our customers, via phone, in-person, and email. You will manage the flow of incoming communications to and from our office and assist clients in their dealings with our practice, nurturing deeper relationships with personalised service.

In your role, you will also provide support to the Financial Advice and Client Service team in preparing and executing documentation and requests, and you will be responsible for completing daily operational and administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Liaising with clients and handling initial enquiries, including booking appointments and diary management for our advisers and meeting rooms.
  • Following our implementation process of all new business.
  • Assistance in the continual rollout of our marketing plan across social media platforms and preparation/ attendance of team/ client events
  • Preparation of paperwork and documentation for all client meetings.
  • Update and maintain client insurance and investment information in our client management system.
  • Coordinate Client correspondence where required
  • Ensure all records/ file notes and client files are appropriately uploaded and maintained in our Client Management System, in accordance with Business compliance.
  • Assistance with the recording and sharing of Centaur's podcast
  • Accurate database management - both computerised and manual
  • Filing, scanning, archiving and photocopying
  • Grocery and kitchen management
  • Assistance in the creative design of social media content.
  • General Administration, Reception, and client management duties
  • General stationery and marketing collateral management
  • Willingness to tackle any additional job scope outside of your job description to ensure Centaur continues to build lasting relationships and delivers reliable outcomes to assist with achieving our client's financial and personal goals.

  • A committed and caring attitude focused on quality service, team goals, outcomes and productivity.

This front-of-house position is fundamental to our office, and we require a unique person who is vibrant, energetic, friendly and has a professional and personable persona.

The opportunity on offer is for a full-time Receptionist/ Administration Assistant position working closely with our Financial Advisers, Client Service Team and Clients.
