Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a highly self motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Cockburn Central. Starting as a casual position working Mon-Thurs 9:00 am - 2:30 pm, with additional hours available whilst other staff members are on leave.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Answering & Redirecting all telephone calls in an efficient and effective manner
• Confidently handling front desk enquiries in a professional manner
• The entry of all sales leads and prospects into our systems
• Booking on site client & supplier appointments
• Entering and maintaining accurate and concise client and supplier records in our software, registers and records
• Monitoring and distributing emails
• Liaising with private customers, builders clients, builders, real estates and strata companies.
• Working closely with our sales and administration team to assist with quotation preparation and administration tasks

• Professional, well presented & mature
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Able to work individually or as part of a team
• Great work ethic, attitude & willingness to learn
• Technically savvy with excellent computer skills
